NARUTO! - ナルト！-
Naruto is one of my favorite anime and manga all the time. I started reading Naruto when I was in third year at college ~ not too long ago though.
Well, actually, I used to hate this anime. When Naruto first introduced in Indonesia, It was in 2006 or something, my nephew stubbornly forced me to change the TV channel I watched because he would see Naruto. I was really mad at him, I yelled,
"Stupid! How could you see such an uneducated film!"
Unexpectedly, about two years later, I really addicted to it. Started from my roommate, she owned Naruto manga. I was bit curious, then I tried to read some. I finished reading 28 Volumes only in three days!
WONDERFUL.
I really really fell for Naruto at the moment, until now. What makes me so addicted to Naruto is likely because of the amazing storyline, characters' personalities, and so many messages delivered to the reader. One of many quotes from Naruto I like the most is:
"Those, in ninja world, who break the rules are scum. But those who abandon their friends are even lower scum." - Hatake Kakashi.
Not only one above, there are another inspirational good quotes. I'll post it later.
When you watch film or something, you surely have the most favorite character. Yes, mine is:

Well, well, actually I don't collect anything about Naruto. I only have ONE Naruto manga Vol. 38 in Bahasa version. I mostly read Naruto from soft copy source. As for the anime, I download them from free internet source (of course aha!). For another stuffs, once I had Naruto ruler, but then my nephew broke it away *sob sob*.

Currently in Indonesia, Naruto released until Vol. 50 while in Japan already released Vol.55. The newest English translation manga chapter is chapter 532 - Mifune vs. Hanzou, the Conclusion!.

We surely knew tsunami and 9,0 magnitude quakes hit Japan on March 12, 2011. Kishimoto Masashi, the author of Naruto, was once reported missing. But gratefully, the next day some source reported he was SAFE. Thanks God.

DETECTIVE CONAN - 名探偵コナン -
Detective Conan, one of my favorite anime and manga beside Naruto. Actually, I like reading/watching Conan since 10 years ago - when I was in second grader of my middle school.
Why did I start reading Conan?
Because my favorite singer at that time, used to read Conan and she really fonded of it. I was curious, what's so interesting about reading the complicated manga and needed brain to read?
Then, my English course colleague, brought the manga vol. 1. I tried to borrow it and AMAZING!
I really fell for it, until NOW.
Well, well, sometimes I get tired of reading this because the murderer is continually happening. But the side story like confrontation between FBI, CIA, and Black Organization, make me want to read more and more. As for the pairings, at first I was really happy seeing Shinichi with Ran. BUT, since Haibara came, she changed everything. Her stubbornness cold-hearted personality, make me really fond of her. Especially when she gets along with Conan. The one who always tries to outwit the stuck up Shinichi is merely her.

Yeah, I somehow understand how she feels, left by our dearest person for too long. But, the case is just she doesn't see Shinichi. ONLY. Compare to Haibara, she is nothing.
Haibara has a dark past. She once joined that black organization as a biochemist who created Apotoxin 4869 that Shinichi drunk. She becomes a traitor and has to live her life in fear - fear of being found. Then she met Shinichi. She began her new life because she believed Shinichi would protect her.
I'm surely sure Haibara has certain feeling to Shinichi. But she always denies it. Yeah, somehow I really really know her feeling. Shinichi already has Ran - the one and only girl he loves. Well, well, that's why I adore Haibara so much, she's way too awesome compared to other girls in DC. She's genius, calm, cold, and yeah - mysterious.
